CDPHP Hearing Health Program
- This program is offered at no charge to all Saratoga Hospital CDPHP Health Insurance members. It covers a discount of up to 68% from six major manufacturers. It also includes a two-year supply of batteries, warranties, financial assistance, and much more
Eligibility
- Part time and full time employees budgeted at a minimum of 36 hours for 12 hr employees and 37.5 for all other employees per pay period that are currently enrolled in the Saratoga Hospital CDPHP Health/RX benefit.

Davis Vision EPIC Hearing Service Plan
- This program is offered at no charge to all Saratoga Hospital Davis Vision members. It covers discounts of up to 60% off on brand name hearing aids and major manufactures through EPIC Hearing Services.
