Saratoga Hospital's vision plan is a comprehensive vision plan through Davis Vision. This plan offers annual eye exam at $10 co-pay, lens purchase every year (including contacts), frame purchase every two years.
Coverage is effective the 1st of the month following date of hire.
Plan provides Domestic Partner benefits.
Eligibility
- Part time and full time employees budgeted at a minimum of 36 hours for 12 hr employees and 37.5 for all other employees per pay period.
