Saratoga Hospital Cancer Services Program provides uninsured women age 40-64 free breast and cervical screenings, and uninsured women and men age 50-64 free colorectal cancer screenings. Additionally, diagnostic services, patient navigation, case management and referral for treatment services are also provided free of charge.
If breast, cervical or colorectal cancer is found, eligible women and men may be able to enroll in the NYS Medicaid Treatment Program to receive full coverage for the entire time they are being treated for cancer.
Services are provided in our all of our primary care practice and diagnostic locations by appointment.
The Cancer Services Program is funded by a grant from the New York State Department of Health, Bureau of Chronic Disease Control. Saratoga Hospital has been conducting community cancer screenings since 2007.
