Saratoga Hospital can bill most insurance companies. Participation information is not a guarantee of payment. Patients are responsible for any non-covered charges/services excluded under their insurance contract. Billing inquiries should be addressed to the Saratoga Hospital Patient Financial Services office.

Professional services for Saratoga Hospital Medical Group providers are billed through Strategic Solutions. For questions, please contact Strategic Solutions at 518-348-1276. You will be billed separately for professional services such as those provided by the Emergency department, anesthesiologist, radiologist or by a provider outside of Saratoga Hospital Medical Group.
Saratoga Hospital will follow billing and debt collection practices that comply with all requirements of federal and state law, including Fair Debt Collection Practice and IRS 501R standards for tax-exempt hospitals. To review our Billing and Collections policy, click here.
Financial Assistance Program
Saratoga Hospital is committed to reducing financial barriers to healthcare. We make financial aid available to all low-income, uninsured, or under-insured individuals who qualify for help with their hospital bills. No person who is found eligible for financial assistance will be charged more for emergency or other medically necessary care than the amounts generally billed to individuals who have insurance coverage.
If you do not have insurance and are unable to pay for services, please contact the Patient Financial Services department at 518-583-8343 to discuss program eligibility requirements and/or payment arrangements.

Payment plans are available in certain circumstances. Once established, payment plans will be reviewed periodically to ensure your account remains in good standing. If you feel at any time that your payment arrangement has become a burden due to a financial situation, a meeting can be scheduled with a Financial Counselor.
