Occupational Medical Services is a Saratoga Hospital specialty service dedicated to supplying comprehensive health and safety solutions to clients as they strive to maintain safe environments for their employees and clientele, and meet the regulatory mandates specific to their industry. 

Exams, evaluations, consultations, and other services are provided  during regular business hours. Injury care is available 24/7 at both Saratoga Hospital’s  Alfred Z. Solomon Emergency Center and Malta Med Emergent Care.

Occupational Medical Services include:

  • Occupational Medical Exams – at our location or yours, including:
    • Pre-placement exams
    • Department of Transportation (DOT)/CDL exams
    • 19A-school bus driver exams
    • Firefighter exams
    • OSHA surveillance exams (Asbestos, HAZWOPER, lead, others)
    • Respirator clearance exams
    • Injury management for acute occupational injuries and exposures
    • Physical capacity screenings
  • Return-to-work evaluations for non-occupational injuries
  • Comprehensive rehabilitation and work hardening services through our Regional Therapy Center’s four outpatient locations
  • Drug and alcohol testing, including urine drug screens, hair drug screens, and breath and saliva alcohol testing
