Working closely with our radiation oncologists, Deanna’s responsibilities include treatment planning and dose calculations for all of the patients receiving a course of radiation here at the Hospital.

Deanna joined Saratoga Hospital before the Mollie Wilmot Radiation Oncology Center, (ROC), was completed in 2005, and she was involved in the initial planning and setup of the department.

“It’s important to me that we can offer this service right here in the community,” Deanna says. “I have worked in several radiation oncology centers over the last 32 years, and I find the ROC staff is a very compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, group. The people are my favorite part of working here. I also appreciate how much the Hospital invests in employee engagement and being receptive to any concerns.”

Deanna likes to spend time in her flower and vegetable gardens every spring and summer. In the fall, you can find her hiking and kayaking, and her winters is when she does a good amount of knitting. She enjoys spending time with her two adult sons, and her two dogs keep her very busy.

Deanna is one of many compassionate, skilled professionals here at Saratoga Hospital.
