Jennifer Baldwin, LMSW, is our certified oncology social worker at Saratoga Hospital’s Mollie Wilmot Radiation Oncology Center, (ROC). She also provides consults with Saratoga Hospital Center for Breast Care. Jennifer assists patients with any psychosocial issues that they may experience while receiving treatment and links them with community resources to improve their quality of life.

“I also facilitate support groups,” Jennifer says, “and have helped to develop support services such as the Mindfulness and Stress Reduction groups, the Thriving after Cancer group, Massage Therapy, The Caregiver group, and my most prized project, our annual Survivor Retreat!”

Jennifer has been with Saratoga Hospital for 10 years; 5 years in Care Management and 5 years at the ROC. “I really appreciate the culture and mission of Saratoga Hospital,” Jennifer says. “The people here are so friendly and the environment is very supportive to the staff and community.”

When not working, Jennifer says she loves boating, gardening, walking, and spending time with family and friends. Jennifer is one of many compassionate, skilled professionals here at Saratoga Hospital.
