She provides support to the nurses and patient care assistants with their day-to-day tasks and is a resource for clinical needs. Her duties include working closely with the bed flow management team to assign patients to their rooms based on appropriate needs.

Kayleigh, who has been with the Hospital for nearly 9 years, also sits on the Clinical Practice Council, which provides a forum for nurses at all levels to partner in decision-making regarding the professional work environment, the practice of professional nursing, and care delivery.

“Hands down, my favorite part of working at Saratoga Hospital are the people and my coworkers,” Kayleigh says, “followed closely by the culture here, which is so friendly and supportive. My co-workers have become a second family. We all enjoy working together and getting things done as a team. Everyone supports one another and keeps work fun with all our many personalities. Everyone is always greeting each other with a smile. It makes you feel welcome.”

When not working, Kayleigh is spending time with her family, English bulldog, Dempsey, and Olde English Bulldogge, Perkins. “Having recently bought a house, we’ve been pretty busy with house projects,” she says. “We also love to travel and explore new places when we can but we've enjoyed all the family time we've gotten to spend recently.”

Kayleigh is one of many compassionate, skilled professionals here at Saratoga Hospital.
