Timothy (Tim) Maguire is our Corporate Compliance Coordinator at Saratoga Hospital, Saratoga Hospital Medical Group and Malta Med Emergent Care. Tim is responsible for compliance investigations, coordinating and preparing compliance reviews and audits, and performing HIPAA and Compliance Education for the entire staff.

Corporate Compliance is the department that establishes a culture within the hospital that promotes prevention, detection and resolution of any conduct that does not conform to federal and state healthcare requirements or our internal policies.

Tim has been with Saratoga Hospital more than 16 years.  Tim says, “With my job, every day is different. I get a chance to meet people from all departments. Whether I am working on a project or walking down the hall, everyone seems to enjoy working here. People are always smiling and willing to help.”

Tim and his wife, Kathleen, are proud parents of three adult children with whom they enjoy spending time. They visit their oldest daughter and son-in-law (who are expecting their first child in July); regularly travel to see their son, who serves proudly in the U.S. Army and is stationed in Italy; and watch their youngest daughter compete in college soccer.

Tim volunteers as an assistant coach for the Saratoga-Wilton Soccer Club U18 Girls travel team. He is also a board member for Friends of Saratoga Springs Public Library. Tim is one of many compassionate, skilled professionals here at Saratoga Hospital.
