Dr. Erin Juliano Joins Saratoga Hospital’s Growing Scotia-Glenville Primary Care Practice
BALLSTON LAKE, June 12, 2018 — On June 7, Erin Juliano, MD became the newest member of Saratoga Hospital Medical Group – Primary Care Scotia-Glenville located at 112 Charlton Road in Ballston Lake.
“Our growing practice in Scotia-Glenville is an example of our commitment to increasing access to primary care across the region,” said Dr. Richard Falivena, vice president and chief medical and physician integration officer at Saratoga Hospital. “Dr. Juliano has strong ties to the area and shares our compassionate, individualized approach to patient care. She is a welcome addition to our team.”
Dr. Juliano comes to Saratoga Hospital from UPMC PinnacleHealth Annville Family Medicine in Annville, Pennsylvania. A graduate of St. Lawrence University in Canton, Dr. Juliano earned a medical degree from State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. She also completed a residency in Syracuse at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Dr. Juliano is board-certified in Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine.
