Dr. Kenneth Stein Joins Growing Saratoga Hospital Occupational Medicine Team

Dr. Ken Stein headshotSARATOGA SPRINGS, NY, July 11, 2019—Dr. Kenneth Stein has joined Saratoga Hospital Medical Group – Occupational Medicine. He brings more than 30 years of experience to the hospital’s comprehensive occupational medicine program.

Stein is the latest addition to a growing team of Saratoga Hospital physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants who specialize in working with businesses and organizations to help keep employees safe and healthy.

“We have been expanding our occupational medicine services in response to changing community needs,” said Dr. Richard Falivena, vice president and chief medical and physician integration officer at Saratoga Hospital. “With his decades of experience, strong community ties and commitment to patient-centered care, Dr. Stein is an excellent addition to our team.”

Stein is the second physician to join the Saratoga Hospital team in recent months. Previously, Dr. Michael G. Holland came on board as director of occupational medicine and employee health. Both physicians came to Saratoga Hospital from Glens Falls Hospital Center for Occupational Health, which closed earlier this year.

Stein earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School). He completed an internship and residency at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island, an affiliate of Brown University. He is board certified in family medicine.
