The Center for Advanced Ambulatory Surgery is a partnership between The Bone & Joint Center, Albany Med, and Saratoga Hospital to meet the growing demand for outpatient orthopaedic and spine surgeries. The result is a surgical destination for outpatient bone, joint, and muscle procedures for patients from the Mid-Hudson Valley to Canada.

The first floor focuses entirely on the surgical experience, with eight pre-operative bays, six surgical suites, eight post-operative bays, and six discharge rooms. Bone & Joint Center physician offices are located on the second floor. The Center has the latest surgical technology—the ROSA robot-assisted knee surgery system, Hana surgery tables for hip replacements, the most advanced tools and devices for spine surgery—to improve patient outcomes.

Saratoga Medical Park at Malta provides surgical patients with access to a variety of resources, including pre-procedure conditioning and post-procedure recovery at the Saratoga Regional YMCA at Malta, comprehensive post-surgery rehabilitation at Saratoga Hospital's Regional Therapy Center at Malta, and access to medical imaging and lab tests at Malta Med Emergent Care.
