Saratoga Hospital Patient Portal: How to Enroll

Enrolling for our Patient Portal

Our patient portal allows patients easy, secure and free access to their health information from anywhere with an Internet connection. Through the Saratoga Hospital Patient Portal, patients are able to view and download, from their homes or other locations, select lab results, radiology and visit reports, discharge instructions, and other clinical information.

To enroll while you are a patient in one of our facilities:

  • Provide your email address to our registration staff
  • Look for an email from Saratoga Hospital that contains a secure link for you to complete your registration
  • Confirm your name, date of birth; enter the temporary password
  • Then choose a username and password
  • Once enrolled, you can log into your account

To enroll after you have been seen in one of our facilities:

  • Complete the Patient Portal enrollment form
  • Present the form to Health Information Services with valid ID
  • Look for an email from Saratoga Hospital that contains a secure link for you to complete your registration.
  • Confirm your name, date of birth; enter the temporary password
  • Then choose a username and password
  • Once enrolled, you can log into your account
