Our Milton Health Center location will be closed the week of February 18th, due to a water line break. We are aiming to reopen on Monday, February 25th. We will continue to keep you apprised of any changes.

Patients who had scheduled appointments at the Milton Health Center will be contacted and rescheduled to another location of ours.
