Our team treats a broad range of conditions, including arthritis pain; back and neck pain; cancer-related pain; diabetic neuropathy; headache and migraine pain; interstitial cystitis; myofascial pain and fibromyalgia; nerve, traumatic brain, and spinal cord injury; pelvic pain; peripheral vascular disease; phantom limb pain; post-surgical and scar pain; reflex sympathetic dystrophy (complex regional pain syndrome); and sciatica and spinal stenosis.

Regardless of the source of your pain, you can count on us for a compassionate, individualized approach. We work closely with you to pinpoint the sources and triggers of your pain and develop a plan that’s built around your needs and goals. Together, we find ways to help you cope and feel better.

Chronic pain is pain that occurs daily for three months or more. Our practice offers interventional pain management, utilizing a multidisciplinary approach that is primarily without opioids. Treatment can include radiofrequency therapy, nueromodulation, as well as a number of diagnostic and therapeutic injections. We also endorse a variety of complementary therapies such as yoga and guided meditation.

Implanted devices, such as a pain pump or spinal cord stimulator, are minimally invasive pain management options. They use electrical impulses to interrupt pain signals and provide relief.

Radiofrequency therapy uses heat created by radio waves to deactivate specific nerves and prevent them from sending pain signals to the brain. This minimally invasive treatment can provide pain relief for months, and in some cases years, for patients with severe spine, knee, and hip pain.

Although available, our practice is intent on minimizing the need for wakefulness, depressing opioid and opioid-like medications if at all possible. The medicinal, non-opioid pain relief options we offer include nerve blocks, corticosteroid and anesthesia injections, and topical prescription nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. With guided imaging, a combination of a local anesthetic and pain medication can be delivered precisely where it will provide the most relief.
