SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY, February 25, 2019—Theresa M. Skaine has been elected chairperson of the Saratoga Hospital board of trustees, effective Jan. 1. She also has been appointed to the board of directors of Saratoga Hospital’s affiliate, Albany Med.
Skaine joined the Saratoga Hospital board in 2011. She has served on the executive committee since 2014, most recently as vice chair.
She is the sole owner of the law firm of Skaine & Associates, which focuses on economic and project development, commercial real estate and business, and not-for-profit corporate law. Skaine also is a partner in the project development consulting firm of Amanus Consulting Group. She serves on the boards of the Regional Saratoga YMCA and the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce.
Joining her on the executive committee of the Saratoga Hospital board are Michael J. Toohey, vice chairperson; N. Keith Stewart, treasurer; and Janice M. White, secretary.
